The messages are anonymous in anonymous mode and can only be viewed anonymously by company administrators or executives. The message box offers the possibility to send feedback anonymously or transparently, even if the company account is used in anonymous mode (often used for constructive feedback such as ideas or suggestions for improvement).
The evaluations via the message box are not included in the mood evaluation, but in the topic evaluation area. No feedback is lost and the mood data of the departments cannot be falsified by individual persons.
