Mood barometer
We measure the employees' mood on a 5-level Likert scale. The feedback is simple and cultur fair for international teams and meaningful down to departmental level.
Chat
The chat allows executives to respond to employee comments. Employees see who is responding to their comments (department manager, administrator). They remain anonymous in anonymous mode when not identifying themselves.
Suggestion box
Send ideas, suggestions, criticism or praise via the suggestion box at any time, regardless of the mood rating.
The messages are anonymous in anonymous mode and can only be viewed anonymously by company administrators or executives. The message box offers the possibility to send feedback anonymously or transparently, even if the company account is used in anonymous mode (often used for constructive feedback such as ideas or suggestions for improvement).
The evaluations via the message box are not included in the mood evaluation, but in the topic evaluation area. No feedback is lost and the mood data of the departments cannot be falsified by individual persons.
Surveys
With the CompanyMood survey system, existing employee surveys can be transferred or individual questionnaires can be created.
