How does the mood evaluation work?

As soon as the employees have been invited and are registered to CompanyMood, all participants are reminded of the mood rating by a regular email or push message.
CompanyMood is available for evaluation via browser (web), mobile app or terminals.
To participate the employees evaluate their mood and a selection of topics in two steps. Comments can also be entered voluntarily:
1. How is your mood?
2. What is the reason for your mood?
These two steps allow real insights in the companys' work climate and its most important drivers, categorized in topics, at the same time.
The second step defines the topics which are the main mood drivers. This way, topic areas can be reviewed separately from the overall mood and show a development and trend as well.
