The data is always evaluated automatically and enters the analysis in real time. Meaningful reports facilitate decisions for executives and management and support companies in fulfilling legal documentation requirements.
Analysis and real-time evaluation:
- real-time data on the working climate
- automated analysis and visualization
- increase of agility and leadership competence
The reports are automatically sent by email on Mondays after the end of the evaluation period. Independent of this, the reports can also be exported as csv., xls. or PDF files. Under the menu item Statistics - My company, you can also select the evaluation period the report should be drawn up. You decide whether the whole company or only individual departments should be considered.
