CompanyMood is especially easy to understand due to the intuitive evaluation with smileys. The meaning of a laughing or crying smiley is clear across national borders and cultures.
For the evaluation, values are needed for the selectable smileys, which allow a correct measurement and analysis. Therefore, we evaluate the feedback of the individual smileys with a score.
We call the result of this evaluation the Happiness Score. This enables continuous benchmarking of the mood and individual areas.
